Brad has been actively involved in the business for many years and began working full-time in the spring of 1997. With a deep passion for farming, tractor pulling, and all things related to agriculture, Brad is your go-to expert for any equipment needs. Greg joined us in the spring of 2011. He has a passion for all things outdoors and loves spending time with his wife Macy and their sons Nickolas and Greyson. Residing in Northern Ashland County, Greg is your go-to person for any equipment questions. Don't hesitate to reach out to him!

Karie began her career with us in December of 1994. She cherishes her time off with her husband Bill and their two children. Bill contributes to the family farm and is always a reliable resource around the shop. For any questions regarding marketing, accounts receivable, or accounts payable, feel free to give Karie a call!

Mark began his career with us over thirty years ago. He enjoys assisting others and driving pulling tractors. Known in the past as the owner and driver of the Ashland Tractor Late Model Car, Mark currently resides in Jeromesville with his family. Mark recently has been promoted to the parts counter. His knowledge of all of the equipment and repairs coming from running the service department has made him a huge asset in the day to day operation of the parts department.

Mark has an extensive background with mowers, having started working on them in the 90s and continuing to follow his passion to this day. He treats every mower as if it were his own, striving to make each one like new before it leaves the shop. An avid outdoorsman, Mark spends more time in a tree stand than anyone else we know. For any mower questions, be sure to call in and ask for Mower Mark!

Meet Steve Mattingly, a dynamic and versatile member of our team who brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to everything he does. Hailing from Connecticut, Steve’s journey began with a passion for automotive technology, which led him to the University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH), where he specialized in ag automotive and alternative fuels. Starting his career in the service sector, Steve developed a strong technical foundation and an impressive knack for problem-solving. His transition into sales has been marked by the same dedication and expertise, making him an invaluable asset to our team. His ability to bridge technical knowledge with client needs has set him apart and contributed significantly to our success.He recently married his lovely wife Val and resides in Ashland, Ohio.

Bill has been a friendly face on the delivery and pickup side of things, and he is also a huge asset to the day-to-day operations of Ashland Tractor. He handles everything and anything that needs to be done, contributing greatly to our team's success.

Jenn has been a familiar face around the shop since childhood and officially joined the team in the winter of 2021. As a key member of the service department, she ensures smooth day-to-day operations and handles all scheduling responsibilities. Jenn resides in Ashland and is known for her friendly and professional demeanor.

Bradley has always had a passion for helping people and finding solutions to meet their needs. With a strong background in the parts industry, he brings valuable expertise to our team. An avid hunter, Bradley enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities. He is also actively involved in his family farm in Ashland County. Currently, Bradley resides in Eastern Ashland County with his wife, close to the family farm.

Dan brings extensive experience in agriculture equipment maintenance to our team. Known for his friendly demeanor, he is always eager to assist with any challenging problems. Dan resides in Ashland County with his wife and daughter. He is affectionately known around here as "Dan Dan the Magic Man" by those who have witnessed his problem-solving skills firsthand.

Kevin joined us in the summer of 2023, bringing over 12 years of valuable experience from his tenure at the local Abers Truck Center. Married to his wife Amber with two children, Kevin enjoys leisurely walks on the beach and relaxing evenings with a glass of wine by the fire. His extensive knowledge and skills make him a valuable asset to our shop.
